The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
TUESDAY
9:35 p.m. Disorderly conduct including lodging at a premise without the owners’ consent (misdemeanor) at Brown and Depot streets. Suspect arrested.
THURSDAY
8:54 a.m. Failure to appear in court after promising in writing (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway South and Sparkes Road. Suspect arrested.
6:05 p.m. Threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, conspiracy to commit a crime, extortion by threatening injury, and intimidation (felonies) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Pending further investigation.
FRIDAY
12:39 p.m. Lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years and fondling (felony) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Cleared due to circumstances beyond police control.
SATURDAY
2:46 a.m. Possession of a narcotic controlled substance, a controlled substance, and unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) and possession with purchase for sale of a narcotic controlled substance (felony) at Petaluma Avenue and McKinley Street. Suspect arrested.
10:42 a.m. Knowingly receiving stolen property and violation of probation (misdemeanors) and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut venue. Suspect arrested.
8:10 p.m. Causing injury to an elder or dependent adult, threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, and violation of probation (felonies), and battery on a person (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and Nelson Way. Suspect arrested.
SUNDAY
12:24 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Joyce Drive. Suspect arrested.
OTHER POLICE ACTION
The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 113 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.

9:30 a.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at South Main Street and Bodega Avenue. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
12:01 p.m. Disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at Florence and Bodega avenues. Referred to District Attorney for review.
1:05 p.m. Battery of a spouse or companion (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and Nelson Way. Suspect arrested.
2:50 p.m. Trespassing (misdemeanor) at McKinley Street and Petaluma Avenue. Suspect arrested.
WEDNESDAY
8:09 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.
12:50 p.m. Disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at Florence and Bodega avenues. Referred to District Attorney for review.
1:08 p.m. Battery on a person on property of a school, hospital or park (misdemeanor) at South Main and Burnett streets. Pending further investigation.
8:10 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for failure to appear in court at Gravenstein Highway North and Tocchini Street. Suspect arrested.
THURSDAY
2:43 p.m. Possession of a weapon at a k-12 school (felony) at South Main and Burnett streets. Pending further investigation.
8:10 p.m. Inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or companion (felony) at Gravenstein Highway North and Tocchini Street. Referred to District Attorney for review.
FRIDAY
12:58 p.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and Nelson Way. Suspect arrested.
5:24 p.m. Trespassing (misdemeanor) at McKinley Street and Petaluma Avenue. Suspect arrested.
SATURDAY
10:15 a.m. Dumping a hazardous substance (felony) and violating a local ordinance (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.
5:41 p.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) and violation of probation (felony) at South Main and Burnett streets. Referred to Adult Probation.
SUNDAY
8:47 p.m. Driving without a license at Keating and Pitt avenues. Suspect arrested.
