The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY, MAY 8

3:47 p.m. Vandalism involving less than $400 (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Cleared by circumstances beyond police control.

6:09 p.m. Burglary from a motor vehicle (felony) at Petaluma and Palm avenues. Pending further investigation.

10:03 p.m. Battery of a spouse or companion (misdemeanor) and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant from an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway South and Cooper Road. Suspect arrested.

TUESDAY, MAY 9

11:58 a.m. Grand theft (felony) at McKinley and Brown streets.  Cleared by circumstances beyond police control.

2:32 p.m. Trespassing (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Referred to District Attorney for review.

3:14 p.m. Abandoned vehicle at Hurlbut Avenue and Gravenstein Highway North.  No disposition given.

9:31 p.m. Post Release Community Supervision violation (felony), possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) at Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 10

11:04 a.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanor) at Morris and Johnson streets. Suspect arrested.

12:17 p.m. Petty theft from a building (misdemeanor) at Petaluma and Palm avenues. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

3:46 p.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and Edman Way. Pending further investigation.

THURSDAY, MAY 11

5:04 p.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at Johnson and Morris streets. Pending further investigation.

FRIDAY, MAY 12

1:25 a.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Laguna Park Way and Morris Street. Suspect arrested.

3:30 p.m. Obtaining more than $400 under false pretenses (felony) at Wallace Street and Fore Way. Pending further investigation.

SATURDAY, MAY 13

7:49 p.m. Failure to appear in court after promising in writing and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

SUNDAY, MAY 14

12:08 a.m. Traffic offense with special circumstances and failure to appear in court after promising in writing (misdemeanor) at Petaluma Avenue and McKinley Street. Suspect arrested.

1:08 a.m. Possession of a narcotic controlled substance, a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

2:03 a.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Suspect arrested.

10:33 a.m. Driving with a blood alcohol content level of at least 0.08% (misdemeanor), hit and run with property damage, driving without a license, restricted driver operating a vehicle without an interlock device (misdemeanor) and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

MONDAY, MAY 15

4:08 p.m. Vandalism, defacing property (misdemeanor) at Willow Street and Jewell Avenue. Pending further investigation.

9:46 p.m. Battery of spouse or companion (misdemeanor) at Sebastopol and Petaluma avenues. Referred to District Attorney for review.

TUESDAY, MAY 16

9:42 a.m. Vandalism, damaging property (misdemeanor) at Laguna Park Way and Johnson Street. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

10:54 a.m. Possession of a weapon at a K-12 school (misdemeanor) at Analy Avenue and North Main Street. Suspect arrested.

9:19 p.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol (misdemeanor) at Sebastopol Avenue and Morris Street. Suspect arrested.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 17

4:05 p.m. Causing injury to an elder dependent adult (felony) at Palm Avenue and South Main Street. Pending further investigation.

THURSDAY, MAY 18

5:10 p.m. Child abuse without great bodily injury or death (misdemeanor) at Redwood Avenue and Gravenstein Highway South. Unfounded report.

SATURDAY, MAY 20

8:29 a.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at South Main Street and Bodega Avenue. Suspect arrested.

1:12 p.m. Trespassing, refusing to leave a hotel or motel, and disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway South and Cooper Road. Suspect arrested.

1:53 p.m. Contempt of court involving disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at South Main and Burnett streets.  Suspect arrested.

5:33 p.m. Driving with an open container and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

11:06 p.m. Failure to appear in court after promising in writing and intentional cruelty to potentially kill an animal (misdemeanors) at Healdsburg and Cleveland avenues. Suspect arrested.

SUNDAY, MAY 21

12:05 a.m. Failure to appear in court after promising in writing (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

1:05 a.m. Reckless driving with injury and petty theft (misdemeanors) at Peachland and Occidental. Pending further information.
