What is going on with Sebastopol Bloom? I continue to hear about the organizers lying — about their non-profit status, donations to location agencies such as the park and farmers market, and to attendees… And about their general lack of collaboration or communication with local organizations. Am I wrong here?
I absolutely love the idea of having a yoga festival in Sebastopol. Yet the reality I see and hear about feels more like Sebastopol’s very own Fyre Festival than anything else.
I agree it's underwhelming. On the other hand, it is its first year--and the weather sucks, which is likely to put a damper on any outdoor festival. Misleading and lack of collaboration are more serious issues.
