Thank you. I especially am thankful for the effort to give lengthy direct quotes, rather than abbreviated editorial summary, as is sometimes the case in big-time media.

This important subject will fester until adequate funding is provided by a more just progressive tax system, state and federal, IMHO.

Throughout my journalistic career I have recorded my interviews and used long quotes because I like people to be able to hear the real voices of my sources. Interestingly, this approach is frowned on by daily newspaper reporters— though it is common in the alternative press where I came up. I think readers appreciate getting information from the mouths of the people involved in the story.

Your journalism is my preference as it allows we readers to learn important details involved. The New York Times, for example uses the tag line All The News That’s Fit to Print and wise readers know that implies censorship.

I live in a small village with admirable journalism.
