Sebastopol Police Logs, April 3-9

The following are crimes excerpted from Sebasopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

8:23 p.m. Resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway North and Tocchini Street. Suspect arrested.

TUESDAY

1:19 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Pleasant Hill Avenue North and Bodega Avenue.  Suspect arrested.

10:06 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance, a narcotic controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway North and Tocchini Street. Suspect arrested.

WEDNESDAY

1:58 p.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Covert Lane. Pending further investigation.

4:01 p.m. Failure to appear in court after making a written promise and placing a pollutant near state waters (misdemeanors) at Morris Street and Laguna Park Way. Suspect arrested.

9:26 p.m.  Served with arrest warrants for failure to appear in court on felony and misdemeanor charges, possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor) and revocation of probation (felony) at Sebastopol Avenue and Brown Street. Suspect arrested.

11:38 p.m. Failure to appear in court after making a written promise (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

FRIDAY

11:12 p.m. Disorderly conduct, trespassing, refusing to leave property after a peace officer requests (misdemeanors) and having a dog off leash in a public place at South Main and Willow streets. Suspect arrested.

11:41 p.m. Served with a felony arrest warrant for an outside agency, smuggling a controlled substance into a jail, narcotics violations (felonies), giving a false identification to police and possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanors) at Pleasant Hill Avenue North and Bodega Avenue. Suspect arrested.

SATURDAY

9:15 p.m. Driving without a license and failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility to a police officer at South Main Street and Maple Avenue. Suspect arrested.

SUNDAY

11:21 a.m. Driving with a suspended license and committing a traffic offense with special circumstances at Bodega Avenue and Ragle Road. Suspect arrested.

12:39 p.m. Violation of probation (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway South and Southpoint Avenue. Suspect arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 204 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
