MONDAY
9:10 a.m. Petty theft from a building (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Victim declined to press charges.
10:26 a.m. Petty theft from a building (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Victim declined to press charges.
7 p.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol (misdemeanor) and evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (felony) at Guerneville Road and Jahn Drive in Santa Rosa. Suspect arrested.
TUESDAY
4:04 p.m. Sexual battery for the purpose of sexual arousal (felony) at Petaluma and Walker avenues. Pending further investigation.
6:05 p.m. Theft by use of access card information under false pretenses (misdemeanor) and theft of property after prior pick-pocketing (felony) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Pending further information.
8:57 p.m. Battery of spouse, ex-spouse or date (misdemeanor) at Sebastopol Avenue and Morris Street. Charges unfounded.
THURSDAY
10:13 a.m. Possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Burnett Street. Suspect arrested.
10:58 a.m. Grand theft of money, labor or property from a building (felony) at Bodega Avenue and Ragle Road. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
6:02 p.m. Contempt of court by disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at Florence and Bodega avenues. Referred to District Attorney for review.
7:31 p.m. Violation of probation (felony) at Petaluma and Abbott avenues. Suspect arrested.
FRIDAY
6:50 p.m. Possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of liquor on school property (misdemeanors) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.
SUNDAY
9:06 a.m. Served an arrest warrant for an outside agency for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge (misdemeanor) at Healdsburg Avenue and Harrison Street. Suspect arrested.
