Sebastopol Police Logs, Feb. 20-26

The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

12:03 a.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue.  Suspect arrested.

10:16 a.m. Served an arrest warrant for an outside agency at Sebastopol Avenue and Morris Street for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Suspect arrested.

1:10 p.m. Vandalism of less than $400 and aggravated battery of a spouse or companion (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway North and Danmar Drive. Referred to District Attorney for review.

TUESDAY

11:49 a.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.

5:20 p.m. Disorderly conduct and lodging without owner’s consent (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and High Street. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY

4:51 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

FRIDAY

12:17 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

7:46 a.m. Disorderly conduct and lodging without owner’s consent (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and High Street. Suspect arrested.

2:12 p.m. Simple battery on a person (misdemeanor) at Analy Avenue and North Main Street. Suspect arrested.

SATURDAY

2:06 a.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.08% (misdemeanor) at McKinley Street and Laguna Park Way. Suspect arrested.

8:42 a.m. Disorderly conduct and lodging without the owner’s consent (misdemeanor) at Willow Street and Jewell Avenue. Suspect arrested.

8:43 p.m. Second-degree burglary from a motor vehicle (felony), tampering with a vehicle and vandalism of property (misdemeanor) at Covert Lane and Norlee Street. Pending further investigation.

SUNDAY

4:45 p.m. Grant theft, shoplifting, and knowingly receiving stolen property (felonies) at South Main and Burnett streets. Suspect arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 187 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
