The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

11:47 a.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and resisting a public officer (misdemeanors) at Morris Street and Laguna Park Way.  Suspect arrested.

1:26 p.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at Florence and Huntley avenues. Referred to an allied agency.

TUESDAY

11:38 a.m. Shoplifting, knowingly receiving stolen property, and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

12:25 p.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

6:58 p.m. First degree burglary from a motor vehicle (felony) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Pending further investigation.

7:55 p.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Bodega Avenue and High Street. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY

3:13 p.m. Threatening a school or public official (felony) at Johnson Street and Sunset Avenue. Pending further investigation.

4:28 p.m. Vandalism and defacing property (misdemeanor) at McKinley Street and Weeks Way. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

FRIDAY

11:15 a.m. Child abuse without great bodily harm or death (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue.  Accusations unfounded.

12:08 p.m. Second degree burglary, breaking and entering, and conspiracy to commit a crime (felonies) at South Main and Burnett streets. Pending further investigation.

SATURDAY

2:22 a.m. Traffic offense with special circumstances, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Nelson Way and Bodega Avenue. Suspect arrested.

SUNDAY

7:31 p.m. Getting credit under false pretenses with another’s identification (felony) and obtaining money by false pretenses (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and Nelson Way. Pending further investigation.

10:46 p.m. Possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway South and Lynch Road. Suspect arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 175 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
