The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

9:02 a.m. Polluting near state waters (misdemeanor) at Morris Street and Sebastopol Avenue. Suspect arrested.

9:53 a.m. Polluting near state waters (misdemeanor) at Morris Street and Sebastopol Avenue. Suspect arrested.

10:38 a.m. Trespassing (misdemeanor) at McKinley Street and Laguna Park Way. For information only.

12:49 p.m. Petty theft, shoplifting, resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician (misdemeanors) and violation of probation (felony) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut  Avenue. Suspect arrested.

TUESDAY

12:18 p.m. Disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at Florence and Bodega avenues. Referred to District Attorney for review.

11:25 p.m. Tampering with a vehicle with vandalism of property (misdemeanor) at Pitt Avenue and  Snow Street. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

WEDNESDAY

1:15 a.m. Giving a false identification to police (misdemeanor) and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY

10:16 p.m. Failure to appear after a written promise (misdemeanor) and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at North Main Street and Wilton Avenue. Suspect arrested.

FRIDAY

1:30 p.m. Tampering with a motor vehicle and petty theft of motor vehicle parts (misdemeanors) at Brookside Avenue and Orchard Street. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

SATURDAY

3:56 a.m. Battery on a person and resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician (misdemeanors) at Palm Avenue and South Hight Street. Suspect arrested.

9:28 a.m. Vandalism, defacing property and conspiracy to commit a crime (felonies) at Analy Avenue and North Main Street. Pending further investigation.

SUNDAY

3:16 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 115 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
