Sebastopol Police Logs, July 11-17

The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

2:22 p.m. Hit and run with property damage at Petaluma and Walker avenues. No disposition reported.

TUESDAY

9:28 a.m. Served a felony arrest warrant and a misdemeanor arrest warrant for outside agencies at South Main and Willow streets.  Suspect arrested.

5:03 p.m. Possession of a shopping or laundry cart (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue.   Suspect arrested.

WEDNESDAY

7:07 a.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor) at Morris Street and Laguna Park Way. Suspect arrested.

11:43 p.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and served with arrest warrants for failure to appear in court on a felony charge and on a misdemeanor charge at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY

12:39 a.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol (misdemeanor), violation of probation triggering re-arrest and revocation of probation (misdemeanor), and driving with a blood alcohol content level above 0.1% while on probation at North Main and McKinley streets.  Suspect arrested.

9:57 a.m. Possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor) and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor) at Petaluma and Palm avenues. Suspect arrested.

12:34 p.m. Hit and run with property damage at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

FRIDAY

7:52 p.m. Taking a vehicle without the owners’ consent, vehicle theft and motor vehicle theft (felony) at Wallace and North Main streets.  Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

SUNDAY

11:22 a.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and possession of a narcotic controlled substance (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway South and Cooper Road. Suspect arrested.

6:18 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Bodega Avenue.  Suspect arrested.

7:47 p.m. Vandalism involving damage to property (misdemeanor) at South Main and Burnett streets.  Referred to District Attorney for review.

10:19 p.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol (misdemeanor) at Pleasant Hill Avenue North and Washington Avenue. Adult arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 163 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
