1:29 a.m. Possess of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor) at McKinley Street and Laguna Park Way. Suspect arrested.
8:38 a.m. Aggravated battery on a person (misdemeanor) at Sebastopol Avenue and Morris Street. Referred to the District Attorney for review.
5:58 p.m. Simple child abuse without great bodily injury or death (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Pending further investigation.
THURSDAY
8:51 p.m. Contempt of court and disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at Florence and Bodega avenues. Referred to the District Attorney for review.
FRIDAY
6:07 a.m. Violation of a custody decree (felony) plus contempt of court and disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Covert Lane. Referred to the District Attorney for review.
8:46 p.m. Hit and run with property damage at Ellis Court and Healdsburg Avenue. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
SATURDAY
10:57 p.m. Rape victim incapable of giving consent (felony) at Robinson Road and Stefenoni Court. Pending further investigation.
