MONDAY
7:27 a.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
TUESDAY
8:06 p.m. Served an arrest warrant for an outside agency for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (misdemeanor) at Murphy Avenue and Bately Court. Suspect arrested.
WEDNESDAY
7:40 p.m. Identity theft to get access to credit (felony) at Norlee Street and Covert Lane. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
FRIDAY
9:19 a.m. Possession of a switchblade in a vehicle, vandalism, defacing property and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Murphy Avenue and Bately Court. Suspect arrested.
10:47 a.m. Taking a vehicle without the owners’ consent (misdemeanor) at Swain and Palm avenues. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
2:53 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanor) at Springdale Street and Valentine Avenue. Suspect arrested.
3:59 p.m. Battery of a spouse, ex-spouse or date (misdemeanor) at Springdale Street and Valentine Avenue. Referred to District Attorney for review.
4:42 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanor) at McKinley and North Main streets. Suspect arrested.
SATURDAY
12:06 p.m. Exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm (misdemeanor), carrying a concealed dirk or dagger (felony), obstructing or resisting a public or peace officer or emergency medical technician (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Referred to District Attorney for review.
SUNDAY
8:10 a.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Mill Station Road. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
10:24 p.m. Battery on a person (misdemeanor) at Sunset Avenue and Taft Street. Pending further investigation.
11:40 p.m. Grand theft from a motor vehicle (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Keating Avenue. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
OTHER POLICE ACTION
The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 170 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
