Sebastopol Police Logs, March 13-19

The following are crimes excerpted from Sebasopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

10:07 p.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.08% (misdemeanors) at Petaluma and Abbott avenues. Suspect arrested.

TUESDAY

4:03 a.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Bodega Avenue and High Street. Suspect arrested.

9:40 a.m. Motor vehicle theft (felony) at Dutton and Bodega avenues. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

WEDNESDAY

4:25 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanor) and violation of probation (felony) at Bodega Avenue and North Main Street. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY

5:41 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency and an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

7:13 p.m. Driving without a license, expired vehicle registration and failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

8:35 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Laguna Parkway and McKinley Street. Suspect arrested.

FRIDAY

10:14 a.m. Disobeying a court order (misdemeanor) at Analy Avenue and North Main Street. Suspect arrested.

1:11 p.m. Battery on a person and cruelty to an elder or dependent adult (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway South and Corline Court. Cleared by circumstances beyond police control.

5:15 p.m. Possession of obscene material involving a minor in a sexual act (felony) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Pending further investigation.

SATURDAY

4:01 p.m. Theft by using a credit or debit card, vandalism of $400 or more (misdemeanors) and first degree burglary from a motor vehicle (felony) at Norlee Street and Woodstone Court. Pending further investigation.

7:03 p.m. Second degree burglary from a motor vehicle (felony) at Hill Drive and Norlee Street. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

8:29 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Sebastopol and Petaluma avenues. Suspect arrested.

9:20 p.m. Resisting a public officer, battery on a public officer and disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanors) at Petaluma and Abbott avenues. Suspect arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 138 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
