MONDAY, MARCH 25

8:54 a.m. Identity theft, theft from a building and passing a fictitious check with an intent to defraud (felonies) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Pending further investigation.

2:56 p.m. Impersonation to make others liable and getting credit or other benefit using someone else’s identification (felonies) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Referred to an allied agency.

5:52 p.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway South and Fircrest Avenue.  No disposition reported.

TUESDAY MARCH 26

3:36 p.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

8:53 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and violation of pre-trial release (misdemeanors) at McKinley Street and Weeks Way. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY, MARCH 28

11:00 a.m. Reckless driving in a parking lot at Morris and Johnson streets. Pending further investigation.

FRIDAY, MARCH 29

10:22 p.m. Vandalism involving defacing property (misdemeanor) at Valentine Avenue and Zimpher Drive. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

SATURDAY, MARCH 30  

6:39 a.m. Obstructing a public officer and possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanors) at Norlee Street and Hill Drive. Suspect arrested.

6:39 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Mark West Springs Road. Suspect arrested.

6:54 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol, possession of alcohol by a minor, and resisting a public officer (misdemeanors) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Referred to a diversion program.

SUNDAY, MARCH 31

2:56 a.m. Violation of probation (misdemeanor) at Pleasant Hill Avenue North and Bodega Avenue. Suspect arrested.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3

11:46 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Garden Lane. Suspect arrested.

2:26 p.m. Vandalism involving defacing property (misdemeanor) at Morris Street and Laguna Park Way. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

THURSDAY, APRIL 4

8:50 a.m. Grand theft, shoplifting and conspiracy to commit a crime (felonies) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.

6:49 p.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of at least 0.08 percent (misdemeanors) at Bodega and Washington avenues. Suspect arrested.

FRIDAY, APRIL 5

8:24 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway South and Cooper Road. Suspect arrested.

SATURDAY, APRIL 6       

5:36 p.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia, violation of probation and violation of pre-trial release (misdemeanors) at Sebastopol Avenue and Morris Street. Suspect arrested.

9:41 p.m. Failure of a sex offender to register (misdemeanor) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street.  Referred to District Attorney for review.

SUNDAY, APRIL 7

5:32 p.m. Battery on a person and vandalism involving damaging property (misdemeanors) at Bately Court and Murphy Avenue.  Suspect arrested.

9:19 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol, violation of probation and violation of pre-trial release (misdemeanors) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Suspect arrested.

10:48 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) at South Main and Burnett streets. Suspect arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also recorded 400 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
