Sebastopol Police Logs, March 6-12

The following are crimes excerpted from Sebasopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

11:03 p.m. Violation of probation (misdemeanor) and having an open container on public property, at North Main and McKinley streets. Suspect arrested.

TUESDAY

5:46 p.m. Second degree robbery (felony), at Healdsburg Avenue and Harrison Street. Suspect arrested.

7:14 p.m. Battery of a spouse or companion, resisting a public officer, and violation of probation (misdemeanors), at North Main Street and Wilton Avenue. Suspect arrested.

WEDNESDAY

7:44 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia, served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency, served with an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge, and violation of probation (misdemeanors), at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY

2:35 a.m. Possession of a controlled substance for sale (felony) and possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor), at Pleasant Hill Avenue North and Bodega Avenue. Suspect arrested.

9:10 p.m. Obtaining more than $400 by false pretenses (felony), at Enos Avenue and Lynch Road. Pending further information.

FRIDAY

8:44 p.m. Driving without a license and failure to maintain lighting equipment, at Gravenstein Highway South and Fircrest Avenue.  Suspect arrested.

SATURDAY

10:54 p.m. Battery of a spouse or companion (misdemeanor) and threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize (felony), at McKinley and North Main streets. Referred to District Attorney for review.

SUNDAY

6:27 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Pleasant Hill Avenue North and Bodega Avenue. Suspect arrested.

8:22 a.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol (misdemeanor), driving without a license, and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.01% while under 21 years old, at Jewell and Palm avenues. Suspect arrested.

5:09 p.m. Motor vehicle theft (felony) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.

10:58 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and served with an arrest warrant for an outside agency (misdemeanors), at McKinley and North Main streets. Suspect arrested.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 153 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
