MONDAY

11:17 a.m. Vandalism, defacing property (misdemeanor) at Willow Street and Jewell Avenue. Pending further investigation.

12:38 p.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at Sebastopol Avenue and Depot Street. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

1:37 p.m. Vandalism, defacing property (felony) at Bodega Avenue and Nelson Way. Pending further investigation.

2:27 p.m. Using a fictitious check with intent to defraud (felony) at McKinley Street and Laguna Park Way. Pending further investigation.

2:58 p.m. Grand theft, shoplifting, conspiracy to commit a crime (felonies) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.

TUESDAY

10:38 a.m. Petty theft from a motor vehicle (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Information only.

7:09 p.m. Inflicting bodily injury on a spouse or companion, threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, preventing witnessing, and stalking (felonies) at Bodega Avenue and Robinson Road. Cleared by circumstances beyond police control.

THURSDAY

7:13 a.m. Failure to appear in court after making a written promise (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

7:43 a.m. Tampering with a vehicle (misdemeanor), grand theft (felony), and knowingly receiving stolen property (felony) at Sebastopol Avenue and Depot Street.  Suspect arrested.

1:09 p.m. Theft of more than $950 from an elder dependent adult, grand theft, and using a fictitious check with intent to defraud (felonies) at Fircrest and McFarlane avenues. Suspect arrested.

6:45 p.m. Burglary from a motor vehicle (misdemeanor) at Dutton and Bodega avenues. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

FRIDAY

1:30 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

10:45 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at North Main and McKinley streets. Suspect arrested.

SUNDAY

5:16 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanor) at South Main Street and Bodega Avenue. Suspect arrested.

11:36 p.m. Possession of a substance similar to toluene, violation of probation, and disobeying a court order (misdemeanors) at Lynch Road and Beattie Lane.  Referred to District Attorney for review.

OTHER POLICE ACTION

The Sebastopol Police Department also recorded many other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
