The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
MONDAY
1:34 p.m. Impersonation to obtain credit using another’s ID at Florence and Healdsburg avenues. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
WEDNESDAY
8:31 a.m. Vandalism of at least $400 and violation of probation at Pleasant Hill Avenue North and Eileen Drive. Suspect arrested.
THURSDAY
9:44 a.m. Shoplifting at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.
9:55 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license and served with an arrest warrant for an outside agency at Cooper Road and Gravenstein Highway South. Suspect arrested.
10:36 p.m. Carrying a loaded firearm on a person or in a vehicle in a public place at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.
FRIDAY
3:47 p.m. Child abuse with the possibility of causing great bodily injury or death, disorderly conduct and fighting or challenging to fight in a public place within the Sebastopol city limits. Pending further investigation.
5:20 p.m. Shoplifting at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.
6:15 p.m. Shoplifting at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.
SATURDAY
10:15 p.m. Battery of spouse or other companion at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Referred to the District Attorney for review.
OTHER POLICE ACTION
The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 150 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
