Sebastopol Police Logs, May 29-June 4

The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY

10:01 a.m. First degree burglary (felony) at Murphy and Brittain avenues. Suspect arrested.

TUESDAY

10:13 p.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia, appropriating lost property, trespassing and refusing to leave private property (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

WEDNESDAY

2:44 a.m. Disorderly conduct involving an intoxicating drug with alcohol and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Suspect arrested.

2:43 p.m. Battery on a person (misdemeanor) at GravensteinHighway South and Southpoint. Referred to District Attorney for review.

3:41 p.m. Petty theft from a motor vehicle (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

4:25 p.m. Battery on a person and conspiracy to commit a crime (misdemeanors) at Willow Street and Jewell Avenue. Suspect arrested.

4:27 p.m. First degree burglary from a motor vehicle (felony), tampering with a vehicle, vandalism of property, and theft by using credit card or ATM information (misdemeanors) at Covert Lane and Ragle Road.  Pending further investigation.

7:11 p.m. Violation of probation (misdemeanor) at McKinley Street and Weeks Way. Suspect arrested.

THURSDAY

11:38 a.m. Carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, violation of probation (felonies) and giving false identification information to a police officer (misdemeanor) at Willow Street and Jewell Avenue. Suspect arrested.

FRIDAY

10:49 a.m. Theft of personal property (misdemeanor) and theft of more than $950 from an elderly dependent adult (felony) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Pending further investigation.

8:59 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol, trespassing, refusing to leave private property and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.

SUNDAY

12:07 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.

The Sebastopol Police Department also recorded 155 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
