The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.

MONDAY, MAY 9

6:44 a.m. Sex with a minor who was at least three years younger, at Leland and First streets. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.

8:47 a.m. Battery of a spouse, ex-spouse or date and battery of an elder or dependent adult at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Adult arrested.

TUESDAY, MAY 10

5:12 p.m. Petty theft at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.

10:09 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at North Main and McKinley streets. Adult arrested.

SUNDAY, MAY 15

12:06 a.m. Possession of obscene materials involving minors and sex at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street.   Pending further investigation.
