The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
MONDAY
3:22 a.m. Violation of probation (misdemeanor) at Keating Avenue and North Main Street. Suspect arrested.
2:12 p.m. Second degree burglary, grand theft, shoplifting (felonies) at Sebastopol and Petaluma avenues. Pending further investigation.
TUESDAY
3:08 a.m. Kidnapping, threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize, false imprisonment with violence, and conspiracy to commit a crime (felonies) at Calder Avenue and South Main Street. Referred to District Attorney for review.
10:16 a.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Tocchini Street. Suspect arrested.
10:34 a.m. Identity theft, getting credit with another’s identification, and obtaining more than $400 by false pretenses at Healdsburg Avenue and North Main Street. Pending further investigation.
1:45 p.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.
6:46 p.m. Second degree burglary, shoplifting, grand theft, and conspiracy to commit a crime (felonies) at South Main and Burnett streets. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
WEDNESDAY
9:16 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) at Bodega Avenue and High Street. Suspect arrested.
THURSDAY
10:44 p.m. Served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency, obstructing and resisting a public officer, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) and manufacture or sale of a leaded cane (felony) at Gravenstein Highway North and Tocchini Street. Suspect arrested.
FRIDAY
9:05 p.m. Threating a crime with intent to terrorize, violation of probation (felonies), obstructing and resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanors) at Old Main Street Saloon on Main Street. Suspect arrested.
