The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
TUESDAY
10:06 a.m. Disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs (misdemeanor) at Analy Avenue and North Main Street. Suspect arrested.
WEDNESDAY
11:35 p.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level of at least 0.08% (misdemeanor) and failure to provide police officer with evidence of financial responsibility at Bodega and Washington avenues. Suspect arrested.
THURSDAY
10:56 a.m. Vandalism with property defacement (misdemeanor) at Morris Street and Laguna Park Way. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
4 p.m. Battery on a person and obstructing and resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician (misdemeanors) at Depot Street and Petaluma Avenue. Cleared for reasons beyond police control.
SATURDAY
5:03 p.m. Exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and obstructing and resisting a peace officer or emergency medical technician (misdemeanors) at Eleanor and Fannen avenues. Suspect arrested.
7:51 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at McKinley Street and Weeks Way. Suspect arrested.
