The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
MONDAY
6:04 p.m. Attempted murder and inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant or date (felonies) in the City of Sebastopol. Suspect arrested.
9:16 p.m. Rape with the use of drugs (felony) at Bodega Avenue and Robinson Road. Complaint determined to be unfounded.
FRIDAY
12:23 p.m. Petty theft (misdemeanor) at Sebastopol Avenue and Morris Street. No disposition given.
2:23 p.m. Obtaining money with false pretenses (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway South and Fellers Lane. Investigation suspended, leads exhausted.
10:27 p.m. Assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, child abuse with possible intimidation (felonies), and battery on a person at the City of Sebastopol. Suspect arrested.
SATURDAY
9:17 p.m. Served with an arrest warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanors) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.
SUNDAY
6:07 p.m. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and driving faster than was safe at Bodega Avenue and Pleasant Hill Avenue North. Suspect arrested.
OTHER POLICE ACTION
The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 112 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
