The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
MONDAY
10:47 a.m. Driving with a suspended license at Southpoint Avenue and Gravenstein Highway South. Suspect arrested.
11:51 a.m. Possession of a weapon at a K-12 school (misdemeanor) at Analy Avenue and North Main Street. Suspect arrested.
WEDNESDAY
12:00 p.m. Grand theft of money, labor or property (felony) at South Main and Burnett streets. Pending further information.
THURSDAY
12:10 a.m. Unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger (felony) at Valentine Avenue and Michael Place. Referred to District Attorney for review.
FRIDAY
10:39 a.m. Unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor (felony) in the City of Sebastopol. Case cleared by circumstances beyond police control.
2:25 p.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.
4:40 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol (misdemeanor) and served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Petaluma and Abbott avenues. Suspect arrested.
SATURDAY
7:37 p.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol with blood alcohol content of at least 0.08 percent (misdemeanor) at Morris Street and Sebastopol Avenue. Suspect arrested.
OTHER POLICE ACTION
The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 114 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
