The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
MONDAY
9:21 p.m. Possession of a narcotic controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia (misdemeanors) and driving with a suspended license and without both required plates at Petaluma and Palm avenues. Suspect arrested.
TUESDAY
12:40 p.m. Shoplifting (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Cleared by circumstances beyond police control.
WEDNESDAY
1:39 a.m. Displaying or presenting unlawful vehicle registration to a police officer (misdemeanor) at Valentine Avenue and Brookhaven Court. Suspect arrested.
3:08 p.m. Petty theft shoplifting (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect released.
8:15 p.m. Battery on a person (misdemeanor) at Gravenstein Highway North and Tocchini Street. Referred to District Attorney for review.
THURSDAY
7:32 a.m. Possession or unlawful paraphernalia, served with two arrest warrants for an outside agency and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.
10:39 a.m. Possession of a weapon at a kindergarten-through-12th grade school (misdemeanor) at Analy Avenue and North Main Street. Juvenile cited.
FRIDAY
6:11 p.m. Disorderly conduct involving alcohol, violation of probation and disobeying a court order (misdemeanors) and served with two arrest warrants for failure to appear on misdemeanor and felony charges at McKinley and Brown streets. Suspect arrested.
9:31 p.m. Violation of probation (misdemeanor) at Bodega Avenue and Pleasant Hill Avenue North. Suspect arrested.
OTHER POLICE ACTION
The Sebastopol Police Department also reported 140 other events requiring police action during the period, such as lost animals, assisting citizens, parking violations, foot patrol, traffic hazards and reckless driving.
