The following are crimes excerpted from Sebastopol Police Department daily crime log entries and listed at the time the alleged violation was reported.
MONDAY
7:39 p.m. Â Possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and violation of probation (misdemeanors) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Suspect arrested.
TUESDAY
8:17 a.m. Fraudulent possession/use of a scanning device (misdemeanor) at North Main Street and Healdsburg Avenue. Pending further investigation.
5:39 p.m. Served a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway South and Cooper Road. Suspect arrested.
THURSDAY
1:06 a.m. Driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.08% (misdemeanors) at High School Road and East Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.
3:14 p.m. Battery on a person (misdemeanor) at Laguna Park Way and McKinley Street. Case cleared by circumstances beyond police control.
FRIDAY
12:45 a.m. Served a felony arrest warrant for an outside agency at Petaluma and Fannen avenues. Suspect arrested.
9:33 a.m. Grand theft from a motor vehicle and theft by using a credit card or automated teller machine card (felonies) at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Pending further investigation.
SATURDAY
6:16 p.m. Sexual battery with restraint, false imprisonment with violence, and assault with a deadly weapon likely to produce great bodily injury (felonies) at Willow Street and Jewell Avenue. Pending further investigation.
SUNDAY
10:37 a.m. Traffic offense and served with a misdemeanor arrest warrant for an outside agency at Gravenstein Highway North and Hurlbut Avenue. Suspect arrested.
