This location was also Artie's. run by a woman named Artie in the 70s. I believe that it was Artie's when I moved here in 1974, and I think continued in to the 80s. It was a bar and featured 2 dart boards. We used to go over there when we closed the West of the Laguna at night. My favorite iteration was when Ron Germone owned it as Jaspers.
