Art Trails Opens Studios is coming up at the end of the month, and the opening reception for the Preview Exhibition is September 16, 6-8 pm. See one piece from each of the 117 artists on the open studios tour. It's a great way to get to know the local artists and choose which ones you'd like to visit during Art Trails, Sept 24-25 and Oct. 1-2.
While you’re there, check out artist Jos Sances’ magnificent art piece, “Or, The Whale,” a 51-square-foot scratchboard history of American capitalism etched into the shape of a whale.

The 1st Annual Heirloom Apple Celebration

The first annual Heirloom Apple Celebration is happening on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 11 to 4pm, for all ages. Enjoy a curated heirloom apple tasting, take an orchard stroll with the farmer, taste freshly pressed apple juice and for purchase, organic vanilla ice cream with a ribbon of Apple Cider Syrup from the farm, plus local cheeses and apple pairing, as well as apple donuts and olive oil tastings. Live music all day. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for kids (6-12), and kids 5 and under are free.

Aged to Perfection

Aged to Perfection is the annual fundraiser for the Sebastopol Area Senior Center, featuring live music from the Pride and Joy Band, wine sweepstakes, live auction, and food. This year's event will honor Jim Pacatte and Sebastopol Rotary for their incredible contributions to our community.
