Peacetown Summer Concerts

Five stages, music, dancing, big fun at Peacetown. This week on Tuesday, July 5: School of Rock at Blue Ridge Kitchen Event Center; Claudia Russell and Bruce Kaplan at The Foundry; Ruti Celli at Community Market; Joyride at Crooked Goat Brewing; Leftover Dreams at Hopmonk Tavern Sebastopol; and more music at the afterparties at Third Pig and Gravenstein Grill.
First Fridays at Chimera
Friday, July 7, 5 pm at Chimera Arts and Maker Space, 6791 Sebastopol Ave., Sebastopol. Free.
At our First Fridays events Chimera opens its doors to let you check out what they are all about. Stop by to meet your local community of makers, get a tour of our facility, enjoy some fine libations and food, and hear some great local music. You can also have some fun with hands-on activities and live demonstrations. Admission, demonstrations, tours and music are all free. Beer, wine and food are offered at a modest price.
Sirens Fest 2023
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 7-8-9 at Subud Hall, 234 Hutchins Ave., Sebastopol. $20-40
Belly dance and live music festival with over 100 performers. There'll be vendors, food, drinks, DJ, a live dance band, fire show, and after dark show and party. Siren fest is Saturday and Sunday. Bellydance workshops on Friday starting at 9 am. Get tickets.
Bill And Dave Hike: Ragle Ranch
July 8, 9 am to 2 pm. Meet at the Gazebo in Ragle Ranch Regional Park. Free.
Checkout Ragle Ranch's valleys, redwood trees, oaks, and grasslands on this hike of the entire park! Since their retirement, parks staff and volunteers are following in Bill and Dave’s footsteps by continuing to offer the style of adventurous hikes the duo made famous. Join us to check out favorite trails and parks, preview new parklands, learn about the local ecosystem and enjoy a day out in nature. These are moderate to strenuous hikes with longer mileage.
