Girl Scouts – new troop starting

Did you miss last week’s Girl Scout starter troop meeting? You’ve got another chance. This free event is intended for youth (Pre-K to 5th Grade) who are not yet members of Girl Scouts but would like to get started on their journey. Please register in advance.
Walk With Us: An evening of wine, food, and celebration

Friends of the Library Book Sale
Wednesday to Saturday, May 15-18, see times below, at the Sebastopol Library, 7140 Bodega Ave., Sebastopol.
Sale includes adult/children/teen books and is open to all. Most books are bargain priced at $1, even the newest fiction. Most children and teen books are 25-50 cents. Proceeds help the Sebastopol Library continue its mission of providing great reading, wonderful free programs and fantastic services to West County. Cash or check please. Opening night is Wednesday, May 15, 5 pm to 8 pm; all day bargains, Thursday, May 16, 10 am to 6 pm; half price day, Friday, May 17, 10 am to 6 pm. $5 per bag day, Saturday, May 18, 10 am to 2 pm.

Do you love succulents and ceramics? Come on over to the Sebastopol Center for the Arts on Sunday, May 18 from 10 am to 1 pm. Succulents are a great fire-wise, water-wise and colorful plant for your garden. Sonoma County Master Gardeners is teaming up with the SebARTS Ceramics department to host a succulent sale. We have the perfect succulent to fill the ceramics the art center will be selling. Proceeds benefit UC Master Gardeners of Sonoma County and the Sebastopol Center for the Arts.
Abstract Artists Laboratory

Abstract Artists Laboratory is a space to meet and create together. Finding the time to paint is always a challenge, and if it has been months or years since you have painted, that can be a hurdle in getting out those brushes and sitting down in front of a canvas. Taste: a Active 20-30 fundraiser for west county youth

Sebastopol’s Active 20-30 club has a fundraiser this Saturday at Sova Gardens, called Taste! It's endless sips and savors from places all around Sonoma County with live artists, silent auction, two-case wine rack raffle, lawn games, photo-ops with pin-up ladies. All proceeds in this fundraiser, organized by volunteers, directly benefit youth in West Sonoma County. Get tickets.
