Qigong (internal energy work) is introduced during a posture-aligned warm-up, and each class includes a mindful, slow Tai Chi walk at the beginning or end, with breath work throughout to direct chi. The focus is on mindful movement and good posture for strong legs, stable knees, and released lower-back tension. Return to continue your practice or drop in to get a taste and begin — the more consistent your practice, the more apparent the benefits.
Nominations are open for the Sebastopol Chamber of Commerce’s Community Awards. Do you know someone to suggest? Here’s the nomination form.
We came across this interesting “Bring in the Harvest” service by Celosia Moon, and with so many trees around town heavy with fruit, we thought some of our readers might be interested.
