International Winemaker Tasting
Monday, June 10, at 5 pm to 7 pm at The Punchdown, 6770 McKinley St., Suite 130, Sebastopol. $20 for a flight of wines.
The Punchdown is welcoming two absolutely legendary winemakers—Eric Texier from The Rhône Valley, France, and Silvio Messana from Tuscany, Italy—to The Punchdown on Monday, June 10, 5 pm to 7 pm. They’ll have a special flight of wines, plus by-the-glass specials. They will also be waiving corkage on retail bottles.
Home Gardener Produce Exchange/Donation
Tuesday, June 11, at 5 pm to 5:45 pm at the Sebastopol Grange Hall, 6000 Sebastopol Ave. (Hwy. 12), Sebastopol. Free.
Bring your surplus produce and starts to swap with other home gardeners or to donate. (Grangers will bring any excess produce to the local food pantry after the produce exchange.)
Elder Abuse Awareness Month Presentation

Tara Underly of Sonoma County Adult Protective Services and Jeanie O’Neill of the Family Justice Center will share the enlightening facts of Elder Abuse in our area. Discover the alarming attempts to deceive and exploit our elderly population of their resources. Gain insight into the tactics employed by scammers and learn practical strategies to safeguard yourself. Learn how to respond to threats. Delve into the broad efforts being made in Sonoma County to combat this increasingly more common threat.
Drop-in Compassionate Communication Class and Practice

Practice compassionate communication (also known as Non-violent Communication) as a tool to get along better with friends, family and others. Are you longing for more meaningful conversations, more depth and fulfillment in your relationships, moving past relationship anxiety and conflict? Beginners welcome! At every meet, this group takes on a new topic and practices with real life situations to hone listening skills to really “get someone’s world,” transform the patterns of communicating from surface level or sticky situations into heart-opening moments, and understand where disconnects happen. Peacetown in Ives Park: Sol Horizon and The Bluebyrds

Come meet your friends (and new friends) at Peacetown in Ives Park. Sol Horizon is a seven-piece reggae band from Sonoma County that seamlessly fuses roots reggae with rock, funk and world music. The Bluebyrds reprise the jangle and harmony of the icons, such as Buffalo Springfield, The Byrds, Bob Dylan, The Lovin’ Spoonful, and The Beau Brummels, just to name a few. You know the songs well and it’s unlikely you’ll be able to resist singing along.

Teen Film Festival Accepting Submissions
Are you a young amateur filmmaker? Has TikTok or YouTube awakened your passion for cinema? All Sonoma County teens ages 12 to 19 are invited to compete.
