Thursday, July 18, at 6:30 pm at the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center, 390 Morris St., Sebastopol. Free.
As some of you may know, the city of Sebastopol is facing financial difficulties, and the community center—although not a city department—has previously been partially supported by city funding as they are one of the nonprofit organizations that help to serve in place of a Parks & Recreation Department. SCCC is very likely going to lose a portion of their city funding, which means that they must become self-sustainable or close their doors. Join SCCC in their Main Hall to discuss the future of the community center.
