Arcana Threads Pop-up Alterations

Swing by on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 11 am to 6 pm to drop off your alterations projects with Shannon Marshall from Sonoma County Sewing Company. Watch live demonstrations of sewing, mending, and upcycling. Shop Arcana Threads for thoughtfully curated vintage clothing and accessories. Bring a garment that needs a little hemming, mending, or something else. Drop off on Saturday, pick up next week.
Saturday Watercolor Basics & Techniques

The watercolor class will focus on skill and technique development: wash, color mixing, texture, and line. Beginning painters will practice developing a strong foundation. Advanced painters will benefit from new approaches to the basics and sharpened skills. Discussion will focus on the elements of visual art: light, form, color, and texture. Reserve your spot.
Wine, Beer and Bites
Saturday, Nov. 2, 4 pm to 7 pm, Sebastopol Community Cultural Center, 390 Morris St., Sebastopol. $55.
Mix and mingle at this fun and relaxed Happy Hour event in support of the Rotary Club of Sebastopol. Bring friends with you and be ready to meet new friends also. Enjoy music by Standard Blue Trio while you wander and chat and taste the appetizers and beverages. Wine, beer, cider and even a specialty cocktail will be offered. Dance if you get the urge or enjoy quiet time in the outdoor beer garden. All of this for only $55 per person. And if you buy two or more tickets you’ll save $5 per ticket.
