Thank you for the information. Living behind the marketplace we find it very frustrating to have so many empty buildings (especially CVS) for so long. It’s uninviting and very distracting to walk by these buildings when they could invite more people to shop there. LR

Apartments in that block would be great! As someone who lives on the north side of town would love to see more livable and walkable spaces with different zoning! It’s ten years away but it would be needed to have an affordable grocery store in town. It’s honestly vital. I love Oliver’s but pacific market is basically Oliver’s. Would love to see a Trader Joe’s in that space.

I have been trying to get Trader Joe's in there. I have even written to the TJ headquaters requesting that they open a store in Sebastopol.

I really like Lucky and probably have only shopped in Olliver's three times in the last ten years. I don't like Safeway so Lucky is my go to store. Ugh on the expensive Oliver's.

Yes! Yes to Olivers. But even yes to taking down the CVS buildings and putting in a housing situation. Something needs to happen there.

Love the thought of Redwood Credit Union being at the Redwood Marketplace. Would certainly provide more parking for RCU. Their current parking is impossible. Also, Olivers would be wonderful.
