There is a good story about the clock tower. I wonder if Laura knows it. The creator is going out of town and asked me not to reveal his/her identity. At least not yet...
Well, you caught my art project a bit before I was ready to release it. But I created that Bell Clock as an audio art project. You can read about it here (http://www.harmonicsystems.net/bellclock). I am looking for a proper home for it, perhaps somewhere near the downtown plaza where it can be heard by more people. Maybe someone would like to write an article about it?
