There is a good story about the clock tower. I wonder if Laura knows it. The creator is going out of town and asked me not to reveal his/her identity. At least not yet...
Well, you caught my art project a bit before I was ready to release it. But I created that Bell Clock as an audio art project. You can read about it here (http://www.harmonicsystems.net/bellclock). I am looking for a proper home for it, perhaps somewhere near the downtown plaza where it can be heard by more people. Maybe someone would like to write an article about it?
Thank you, Lisa. You right about the refrigerated fruit train car. The clock tower is across from the train car. It is in a backyard but near the back of Parent-Sorensen Mortuary. I wonder if the clock and loudspeaker were used by the train depot.

Oops! I didn't read the whole thread! Well...now the cat's out of the bag!

Wonderful, Jim. Yes, I'd love to write about it. I'm glad there's a story behind it.
Hi Dale - please send me a good email to reach you at. It didn't seem like this site has the ability to do direct messages? jim@harmonicsystems.net
The thermometer is on the fruit train freight car behind the museum, and the clock tower is on the roof of Harmonic Systems behind AIM Mail Center.
Thanks! That was fun. We could do more of these.
