Graton and Forestville are improving life for the people there without a town government without the influence of wealthy real estate tycoons and by relying on the people. How does this compare to Sebastopol which has expensive projects that will benefit only wealthy developers (Barlow, Commons,, etc. ), special interests running the show, poor services and high taxes and ignores the will of the people (two way streets).
